Aluminum screw cap closures

Aluminum screw cap closures are designed for automatic processing of glass bottles used in the beverage, oils, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.

There are almost no limits to the format of the cap itself. The surface can be printed by offset or silkscreen methods using multicolored inks and lacquers. 
Surface finish can be custom tailored from matte to high gloss.

After color printing and silkscreening the closures can also be embossed with relief patterns. These top or side relief elements can be milled with great precision and can contribute to a high gloss effect.

The inside of closures can be printed or pressed with custom elements. Many customers use this feature for various games, for sales support information, for safety elements, etc. This same purpose can be accomplished with special top overprinting in UV colors.
